By creating an account on SerbisyoHub PH (whether as a Customer or Provider), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
SerbisyoHub is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers. We are not an employer of the providers, nor do we directly supply the services.
All online payments are securely held in Escrow by Xendit. Funds are released to the provider only after the customer confirms the completion of the service.
Providers must maintain accurate credentials, arrive on time, and perform services to a professional standard. Failure to do so will result in strikes, penalty fees, or permanent platform bans.
SerbisyoHub charges a 15% platform commission on the base booking price. For providers earning over ₱500,000 annually, we automatically deduct a 0.5% Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) per BIR RR 16-2023.
